We Make Neurodiversity Work.

For employers ready to build. For neurodivergent professionals ready to thrive.

The Gap Is Real.

The problem isn’t the people. It’s the systems.

Neurodivergent people are unemployed and underemployed at higher rates, and it has nothing to do with their abilities or qualifications.

Hiring processes, performance reviews, communication norms, and career paths were all built around a narrow definition of how people work and think. They screen out candidates who would thrive and overlook employees who are already there.

When those systems are redesigned with intention, everyone benefits.

That’s what Lumi is here to do.

How We Help.

Lumi works with employers and individuals to turn neuroinclusion from a talking point into a working reality.

Strategy Meets
Lived Experience.

Most people doing this work understand either the business side or the human side. Rarely both.

Lumi was built on corporate strategy experience that understands how organizations actually make decisions, and lived experience that understands what it costs when those decisions don't account for everyone.

That's what makes it different.

What We Believe.

Awareness is just the start.

The goal is measurable, practical change. Not another training that doesn't stick.

Inclusion is good for business.

Neurodivergent professionals bring capabilities most organizations aren't fully using. Building for that isn't charity. It's smart.

Experience is what drives us.

Our work is grounded in what it actually feels like to navigate these systems, not just what the research says about it.

Difference is the point.

The goal isn't a workplace that tolerates difference. It's one where people stop masking what makes them different and start using it to their advantage.

Meet Ray.

Ray spent more than two decades in corporate environments, leading teams and directing large-scale customer strategy projects at companies like American Express and EY. He knows how organizations actually operate, and his approach of understanding how people move through systems and removing what gets in their way is what drives Lumi's work.

He also knows what it feels like to move through those systems while masking.

Ray was diagnosed with ADHD fifteen years into his corporate career. The diagnosis didn't change who he was. It explained a lot about how he'd always worked.

Before leaving the corporate world, he founded Glia's Neurodiversity ERG, an early effort to advocate for neurodivergent employees from inside a fast-growing tech company. It showed him what this work could actually change, and inspired him to think beyond a single company.

He's also the father of children who will one day enter a workforce not yet made for everyone.

Lumi was built from all of that. This work matters, and done right, everyone wins.

Let’s Get to Work.

If you're leading an organization that's ready to build a workplace that works for everyone, or navigating a career that deserves better support, the next step is a conversation.

No pitch. Just a real discussion about where you are and whether Lumi can help.
